Steps to Reset Windows 8
Since reset option will remove all your data including files, folders, photos, videos, audios, and documents so it is highly recommended to backup all your important data before applying factory reset.
Step 1: Open charm bar by moving cursor to the right bottom of the screen. Go to setting icon as shown below.
Step 2: Now select Change PC settings to proceed further.
Step 4: After clicking on Get Started, a new screen will open which shows what will happen after Reset:

Steps to Refresh Windows 8
